How do I change the Org Admin for our site?

We need to change the Org Admin from one user to another in our business but don't know how to achieve this? Both the current Org Admin and the user this is moving to are Site Admins. Thanks

Hello @Geoff Campbell-Burns,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to Organization management, only an org admin can add and remove other org admins.

Since you are not an org admin, it would be necessary to ask your teammate to add you as admin and then you will have the necessary permissions to remove them.

If they are not working on your company anymore and you can't access their account, you can reach out to our support on support.atlassian.com/contact and allow them to access your site in order to add you as the org admin.
