@Erich Russenberger follow these instructions to access your billing:

  1. Click the Gear Icon on the top right of the page to take you to General Configuration
  2. Under Settings -> Site Administration select Billing
  3. Select Billing History
    1. Under Actions you can download your bill

@Erich Russenberger in addition to what @Andy Gladstone mentioned, you might also want to go to your billing details and enter an email address for your finance team or yourself where a copy of the invoices will be sent to.  This would avoid you have to do the work on a monthly basis:
