How can I change the default access role when creating a new user?

has the  update been rolled out to make all new invitees default to Basic role ? .. i  dont see it on my Jira cloud instance.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Thank you for reaching out to Community!

When inviting a new user, it's possible to select between Basic, Trusted and Site administrator.

This option is available for site-admins when accessing Administration > Users.
