How can I add products to my verified account?

If I have users in Org A with the same email address as in Org B will the users get transferred over without issue?

Have you managed to sort out your issue?

If not, could you clarify a little more?

Users can only have one email. Each email address has a single domain, and as each domain can only be verified with a single Atlassian org, each user can only be in one org.
