My account (with another email address) has been deactivated and I cant access to it.
Today I got an email from Trello that says my trello account will be deleted soon, If I want to prevent from deletion I must login in Atlassian account and click to cancel deletion and my Atlassian account has been deactivated.
What should I do ?!

If you wish you can check here too(i.e. using JQL) - https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and search whether any issues already reported and if not you can also report this issue here.
