we use Atlassian Access with Single Sign on. That works like a charme.
When users want to access the software from a device outside the organization they have to enter the e-mail address in the customer portal login and when they press the Login Button, they have to press the "Log in with single sign-on" Button. This redirects directly to the adfs login page.
The user has to enter the e-mail address again and then the related password.
Is there a way to take the e-mail address from the Service Desk Customer Portal to the adfs login page to be prefilled in username input field?
