Hi there,
we currently use Jira Service management, Confluence, and Jira Software and I'm looking at using Atlassian access to better manage access based on our Google Workspace instance identities.
Can anyone confirm that by moving to Atlassian Access we would not lose the ability to have our external customers access various customer portals using their own private email address?
Would Atlassian Acess also allow us to set access policies for our external customers.
Regards
Duncan
Hi @Duncan Nash ,
In our case we enable Atlassian Access for Azure AD (@ourcompany.cl) and we don't had problem to manage external accounts (@otherscompanies.xx).
In the "User Management" site, we have two options to managed accounts.
Internal/External Accounts
Atlassian Access Accounts
Is important to enable Atlassian Access, that verify your domain.
