Does Atlassian Access support multiple Azure AD domains?

Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_ November 7, 2023

Customer has multiple Azure AD domains because of an acquisition, and wants to run JSM as a single help desk with users AND customers logging into the same JSM instance, but from different Azure AD domains.  Does Atlassian Access support this?

Hi @Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_

As per this announcement, multiple identity provider support is generally available only in the Cloud Enterprise edition. So, if this is the case for your client, you probably won't have any difficulties with this setup.

Furthermore, if this client needs to synchronize, map, and display Azure AD data in Jira issues so that Help Desk teams have more information about users and customers, you can use this solution called "Mindpro Sync - External Data from OKTA, Azure AD & Google".

This solution allows you to connect one or more identity providers (such as Azure AD) to bring in and display this data.

Give it a try, and if there's anything we can do to help, let me know.

Best, Eduardo
