Deleting a user accont

We are enabling Atlassian Access, and under setup I have received a list of users that is billable. Some users have been deleted from Atlassian, but they are still showing up as billable in the list since they have access to Trello or Bitbucket. How can we completely delete the the users?

Thanks for the guide @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_. Problem is that we no longer have access to the registered email associated with the account we need to remove since they have left the company. 

So, you need to raise a request to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
