Custom Domain Inquiry

Hello, 

Question regarding how custom domain for Atlassian works. Our domain are currently authenticated and verified via GSuite. What is the process if I wanted to change the verification from GSuite to a normal DNS verification process? Will this cause any issues with the access of our team to Atlassian like do they need to re-enroll and what would be the side effect of doing this?

Our company email server are hosted in GSuite before but now we are now with O365, the issue I am encountering right now is when I enabled the DKIM in our O365 some emails from atlassian are going to our junk folder. I was thinking that this is due to our Domain are verified via GSuite and we no longer host our email in there. 

Anyone do this process before and what are the issues that you have encountered?
