Costs verified domain

Hi All,

We verified the domain of our organization in the Atlassian admin dashboard and tried Atlassian Access in the trial period. We already deactivate Atlassian Access, while waiting for an internal decision about using it. During this process, a lot of Trello users popped up besides the known Jira users.

Now, we have a lot more managed accounts than expected on beforehand. There are pages in the Help-section, stating that those managed accounts will be added to our bill from the 1st of June. What exactly is billed, after we deactivated Atlassian Access and those Trello users are all with a free license?

Also, can we unverify the domain to prevent ourselves for a higher bill?

Thank you in advance.

Joost

Hi @Joost ,

Since you don't have an Atlassian Access subscription right now, you don't need to worry that your bill will go up, so unverifying your domain is probably not necessary. (It is possible to do this, however. Just go to the Domains page.)

To see exactly how many users you should expect to be billed for if you were to subscribe to Atlassian Access, just restart your Atlassian Access evaluation and go to the bill estimate page, as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-accounts-with-trello-access-980454116.html#ManageaccountswithTrelloaccess-Findouthowmuchyourbillwillincrease

If you have any trouble restarting your Access evaluation, just contact our billing team. It shouldn't be a problem to extend your evaluation for an additional 30 days to give you more time to decide. https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

Cheers,

Dave
