We are currently using Confluence Cloud, with Atlassian Access handling OKTA authentication.
I'm trying to institute a documentation review process that requires approvals before the new/updated document is considered ready for use.
There are multiple apps (plug-ins) that can accomplish this, but they all hinge on authenticating to mark the documents as Approved. When using Access and a third-party SSO solution, this authentication cannot be done. App vendors have indicated that they will build in the functionality once they determine which SSO solutions are in use by customers.
Does anyone have any alternative solutions for this scenario?
