Changing IDP from Azure AD to Okta

I'm planning on changing my IDP from Azure AD to Okta, should I create a second IDP or should I just edit the existing saml form with the new values to change providers?

Additionally we are changing our brand name so domain url's are being updated as well. I plan on making the url changes first does that effect the sso logins as well?
