it drive me crazy !!! because its so difficult to add new member.
now we are 10 people and I cannot increase it as I am trying to pay more.
its been already more than 30 hours to ask about this.
and new member can never receive invitation email from atlassian
we are using this for more efficient team working but I am spending too much time to manage new people !!!

As mentioned and also I confirmed, there are no blocks on your domain, so you should receive notifications.
Please, make sure to whitelist our domains and IPs: Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains
If it shows any error on the UI when you invite a user, please let us know.
