Can't subscribe to Identity Manager

Hi,

 

I've created a new organization and successfully verified my domain (it now shows VERIFIED next to it). I intend to configure SAML and SSO, but it seems like I'm still not subscribed to Identity Manager. The Details page shows that my domain has been verified, but I see no button or link to subscribe to Identity Manager, only a Learn More button. 

 

Am I missing something here? Thanks a lot in advance for your help

I have the same problem. Did you ever figure out how to turn on Identity Manager?
