Can't revoke org&site admin permissions to other users

Hi,

 

I am the administrator of my company Atlassian sites. 

I want to remove as adminstrators some people that are not part of the company any more and the web tool is not allowing me to do so. I have followed the instructions shared by Atlassian team. Go to Admin.atlassian -> organization - >settings - Administrators.

Nothing happens when I press on remove action.

Can you please help?

I would recommend contacting our support team if you continue to experience this issue. Sometimes you may need to refresh the page a few seconds after clicking 'remove'.
