I am an (new) admin for Atlassian Access for our organization, who has 340 active Atlassian users of different tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Trello). My org is asking me to deactivate just Trello, as we have decided to move to another solution as a global standard.
Is there an opportunity just to deactivate Trello in a user profile but keep the other tools active?
Furthermore, is there a chance to skip the eMail notifications for users, as they have been confusing our teams around the world when deactivating Trello for the "single" useres.
Thank you for any thought or idea!
Hi Hendrik,
We don't currently support the ability to completely block users from accessing any product. We're evaluating whether this is something we will support in the future. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-571
If you have the capability on your networking side, you can always block access to the trello.com domain within your corporate network.
