Can I Have Multiple Organisations Under One Billing Account

We currently have a few teams in our business for which we wish to create organisations for on Jira under one billing account / business account. These teams unfortunately aren't meant to see each others work, as they operate as separate entities.

With this setup, in future, we would like to be able to migrate the organisations into separate accounts. 

1st Question: Can we create multiple organisations under one business account?

2nd Question: Can we migrate an organisation to another business or billing account?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using Atlassian Access, now it's possible to create more than one organization. It was released approximately a month ago and you can access and create organizations by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/atlassian-access.

With that said:

1st Question: Can we create multiple organisations under one business account?

If you mean Business account your email address, yes, as an admin you can create multiple organizations.

2nd Question: Can we migrate an organisation to another business or billing account?

You can't migrate an organization, but you can transfer products from one organization to another.
