Billing Claimed Accounts

When I claim all the users in my organisation (about 3.000) and want to activate Atlassian Access (SSO SAML) for just 20 users of my department... how can I force only my 20 specific colleagues are being billed ?

Hi @Gert Goos

All users with the claimed domain and consuming any of the Atlassian cloud products are ideally counted against the Atlassian access bill. To prevent unnecessary billing of all users to your organization you may make use of the non-billable policy feature. Refer: What-is-a-non-billable-policy

unless you are an academic institution ;-)
