I am trying to understand Atlassian cloud user provisioning using Azure AD. We have an Azure AD connected to our Atlassian cloud, but the user provisioning is being done only in the Active directory. But I am unable to see the synced users and synced group as zero. When we add each user in the Active directory, we also invite them by email. Is this how it is supposed to work ?

No you shouldn't need to invite anyone by email.
Have you actually configured User Provisioning in Atlassian Access?
Was "Atlassian Cloud" application installed in Azure AD and configured correctly?
