Hello,

I hope you are well :)

I'm coming to you because I have a question regarding a customer about "Access Request".

Is there any way to not accept users automatically with an automatic message?
Right now we have to do it by hand every time a user requests access from Atlassian Portal and we don't want to have to worry about this problem by refusing it automatically to not let him wait.

I thought about a REST API but without success, I didn't find a solution or a way to script this

Already Tested:
We have already tried the "Update Request setting" --> "Approve the following domains" but as we have users from several different domains (and several different emails) we can't use this method. And we have to know which user is being added

Thanks for your help !! :D
Regards,
JH
