We intend to use ADFS as our Identity Provider to manage our access into confluence
Is there a way of mapping Active Directory Security Groups into confluence to manage the Authorisation and Access?
AD FS only supports single sign-on, not group syncing. In order to sync groups from Active Directory to Atlassian cloud, we support a number of cloud identity providers like Azure AD and Okta that can source users and groups from an on-premises Active Directory and sync them to Atlassian's cloud.
If you don't already have a provider in place, we also have partnered with Okta to provide free subscriptions to use with Atlassian.
