As we configure Service Desk, we are looking to enable customers to log in using the accounts we've set up on our internal system.
We do provide SAML, and it looks like Atlassian Access could potentially integrate there. However, our internal team members log in using Google authentication, and we don't want to change that.
Is it possible to continue to use Google Auth for our internal accounts, and Atlassian Access for customer accounts?
Also, what would pricing on that look like?
Hi @jonlasser ,
Our SSO offerings are tied to verified domains, so if your customers are on a different domain than your internal accounts, then it should be possible. You would create an organization, verify the domain(s) of your customers, and configure SAML SSO. This requires an Atlassian Access subscription (you can see pricing here).
Note that this requires that your customer accounts are all on a domain that you can verify.
Regards,
Dave
