I seem to be listed as an admin everywhere I can see but I try to do certain things and get denied and told to ask my admin for access, what am I missing in the set up?
Example: Got an email from Atlassian about trial ending and click here to enter billing info. I clicked and said denied, need to see an admin. But if I go into jira I can hit the cogwheel and go to billing and enter billing info.
Why is the email and delete issue saying see admin when I am an admin?

I can see this usually related to an issue associated with the same person having multiple accounts.
If you cannot solve it by yourself, I would recommend getting in touch with Atlassian itself.
