Quick question.
I configured Azure AD to provision users in Jira. This is working well.
I need to provide a url on the desktop of our user that redirect to the Service Management.
The problem, when the user double click on the link, it is opening Atlasian and ask for the email address or Connect with (Google, Microsoft or Apple)
Because our user are provision, even if the user is typing his email address and password, this is not working because the user is provisioned from O365 and is not a regular Jira account.
We are ok to get access to Jira by asking the O365 credential. The problem, we don't want our user needed to click on the "Connect with Microsoft" button. We want that the shortcut automatically redirect them to the login page of Microsoft and avoid the user the need to click on the button "Connect with Microsoft".
Is there way to configure a desktop shortcut to do that?
