Hello Team,

I have one user he is not able to login the atlassian account, tried on both google chrome an IE but still having trouble with atlassian account

Hi @Sumit Kumar  if you forgot your password then you can send recovery mail to your registered email. 

From that way you can reset it.

Otherwise, please contact your Jira admin to re-send an invitation to login for your account.
