Stopping emails from Atlas

I know I'm about to ask something blasphemous, so sorry in advance!

I'm building a use case for our company to start using Atlas, but the cadence doesn't really work with how we would want to use it. Given that I'd likely aim for the people listed or acknowledged against Goals or Projects will likely be high-end Managers, I'm concerned about annoying them into avoiding Atlas before we really have a chance to sell them on its use.

So, while we wait for the ability to modify update request cadances within the tool, is it possible to turn off notifications/emails from Atlas for all users?

As a "follower", receiving an email every time someone updates a project with a learning/decision/etc. is such a nuisance that it is forcing our team members to stop following projects. But they'd still like to receive the weekly digests.
