Please support searching on archived issues

Right now the only way to view archived items is to use the Archived button.

The problem is you then try to use the filters, it forgets about the fact you are looking at archived issues, and switches to non-archived issues.

As the 'archived' state is not generally searchable, you can't construct a filter including it and therefore can't search archived items.

@Jack Ukleja the reason you archive issues and projects is to take them out of the index.  This helps with system performance, etc.  If you still need to search issues then you should not archive them.  You can easily unarchive a project if you need to search in it again.
