Is it possible to query Atlas records using JQL terms?

Chad Wilkes July 10, 2023

I'd like to use JQL terms like 'project=XYZ' and get back Altas project and/or goals.

@Chad Wilkes - Couple of things:

1. Atlas doesn't natively support "advanced search" but all searches are backed by something called TQL (Team Query Language). The search filters that are available are all translated to TQL - we just don't expose a way for you to type it in.

2. That said, you can enter parameters in the URL if you're very keen.

3. Otherwise if you just want to search for a specific project or goal key, you can enter the key in search and it will show up.

Hope that helps!

Thanks Josh. I think to clarify my request just a bit. I'm often trying to address gaps in integration between Atlassian products, particularly Product Discovery <> Atlas <> Jira Software using Automations and want to get values from Atlas into other apps for reference when teams are working on tasks (without having to navigate away from the Epic). Thanks for any additional insights.
