Hello everyone,
Has anyone tried to use the Atlas goals for individual team members? More like an OKR but instead of team based goal, having it for individual team members which is tracked on a quarterly basis review with their managers.
We currently use a different mean for tracking these quarterly goals in my company but the team finds the process tedious and time taken as it is not linked to their deliverables/projects or tickets so it’s hard for them to remember all they completed in the past quarter.
So am looking for a way to use the Atlas goals page to create individual page for connecting all their projects and deliverables, CSAT scores and feedback from our JSM for each team member, to have a holistic view of how they delivered each quater.
I hope someone can help me with a solution even if it’s not in atlas any Athlassian product that could help us achieve this.
Thank you,
Maryam
Hi @Maryam Yusuf,
if you consider a third-party app on the Atlassian marketplace as a solution, then OKR Board for Jira can do precisely what you describe (I am a part of the team). With our app, you can set and track personal/team member OKRs inside Jira. OKR Board for Jira allows you to link Jira epics, tasks, or any custom Jira issue that your employees work with to their OKRs, and automatically track the progress. This way you get a clear picture of everyone's performance in a time period and it is easy to manage.
A couple of screenshots from the app to demonstrate this seamless process:
Step 1 - create OKR on a personal level
Step 2- Create Key result under personal Objective or Link Jira issue as a KR.
You can create private workspaces with OKRs for each employee if you need to restrict access to particular people.
Let me know if you have questions, or you can always schedule a demo with our team to
see the app in action.
Cheers,
Julia
