Hello! I recently setup Atlas for my organization and while linking to Jira software epics from Atlas is working just fine, when I try to link epics from Jira Software to projects or goals I'm running into errors (getting this message: “We couldn’t link to this project. Check if you have permission to create this link or wait a moment then refresh the page.”). Have checked with my site admins and I should have permission do this. This would be much more efficient in setup so hoping to get it working quickly. Any advice?
