I just activated Atlas for my team. Teams and Departments are synced with Jira (We currently use Jira Work Management and Confluence, not Jira Software), but I cannot find where I can customize departments, how do I change those?
Hi Nutsa, it depends on whether or not your organisation uses Atlassian Access. If your org does, the fields should be synced from your identity provider via Access into the user profiles. The dropdown then reflects whats in those profiles.
If your org doesn't use Access, the Department field is user defined on the user profile. The dropdown will aggregate whatever users have entered into that field. So in this case you will need to work with your team to ensure the correct data is entered in their profiles.
