Similarly to this question Atlas did not send out the last weekly updates to my team. It's not a setting issue as we have validated the settings.
As there is no solution nor root cause described in the linked question, could you please help us out and let us know what is/was the issue?
We've experience the same a few weeks back. Was only for 1 week, after that business as usual with updates and reminders. I guess it's related to the roll out of the Platform Experiences to all Atlassian customers.
Most likely yes. I guess we'll have to wait and see if notifications magically resume for us too. Thanks!

I experienced this last week too. The interesting part is it wasn't everyone using it on our Atlassian instance. It seemed to be just a few of us who did not receive the reminder, rather than everyone.

We have never received an email at all, maybe due to our firewall. Could anyone please let me know the sender address so that I can check with our IT?
