When we installed Atlas, I assumed it was to our sandbox environment, but it looks like it has access to any environments I have access to in our domain? This wasn't made clear during the request for naming, and now I have the word 'sandbox' in my workspace settings....
Side note: in trying to give feedback via the Atlas feedback tool, they recommended filling out a Support ticket for technical issues, but I can't seem to do that using my production URL, only my sandbox URL where we assume it is installed. Difficult to know which instances Atlas works with, given that all issues from any instance I'm connected to show up as potentials to link to. How do we know where Atlas is actually installed, and supported?
Hi Erin,
Thanks for reaching out!. Please raise a request through Atlassian Support , choose “Technical issues and Bugs” and choose the Atlas product. The request will then come through to the Support team.
Regards
Ge
I don't know if we named ours the same as the site name or if it is actually showing the site name in the Workspace Settings page, but you can check yours: https://team.atlassian.com/settings/workspace
The top of the page says "<site name> workspace settings".

You need to open a support request with Atlassian and they can rename your space. They did it for us. Note that URLs that contain the old space key will not redirect to the new key, so they'll be broken.
