I just joined the community to learn more about Atlassian products and how to better leverage them into awesome solutions that integrate with other platforms and tools.

I've had the fortune to work on one Atlassian implementation using Jira Software and Core, Service Desk, Status Page, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.  This solution replaced an antiquated, disparate group of applications that included BMC Remedy, SVN, email, Excel, Word, and others that I can't even remember anymore which were used in production for many years.  Atlassian was a huge improvement!
