Thanks to the compatibility with Jira Service Management, requests raised on Customer Portal can result in automatically created tasks in any indicated Jira Software project or another Service Desk. It can apply not only to your internal Jira and Jira Service Management but also to the instances of the external companies and customers your work with. As a result, your Support team can be able to receive requests directly from your customers' Service Desk and the other way around. The seamless integration helps streamline various ITSM activities and ensures that information about requests is available to all stakeholders immediately. With Issue Sync Lite, all modifications implemented in Jira issue fields, comments, and attachments are also synchronized between the instances of Jira Service Management and Jira Software used by development teams. This level of compatibility is crucial in terms of effective collaboration and making sure everyone is up-to-date. 

Customization options to meet your company's expectations 

Issue Sync Lite lets you divide requests between multiple Service Desks when a project involves numerous scattered teams. To make the synchronization safe and fully customizable, Issue Sync Lite gives its users the possibility to define projects and issue types available for synchronization and uses JQL to define synchronization conditions. It comes in handy when organizations cooperate with external partners and, for example, delegate equipment-related tasks to the supplier and marketing processes to a digital marketing agency. The Synchronization Scope feature in Issue Sync Lite is configurable per connection. It means that whilst collaborating with different partners, the admins of their instances will only have access to the data that we explicitly made available to them. They will not be able to see any other projects or issue types.
