scriptrunner for bitbucket not rendering

Hi All, 

I've contacted Adaptist and Atlassian, but not progress.  I installed an evaluation of Scriptrunner for Bitbucket, but it's not rendering (or working at all).  I don't see anything in the logs, but when I click on any of the Scriptrunner links, some of my admin links are highlighted in gray and nothing renders for Scriptrunner - see screen shot.  Any ideas?
