$increment parameter on Create Page macro

I have a page that has the Create Page macro with the $increment parameter on the page title field. This seems to work fine.

On some sub-pages there is the same macro with the $increment parameter on the page title field. When a page is created from that macro, the increment does not seems to increase and I get pages with the same increment number.

How to solve this?
