We are getting the following error message when trying to use XRAY:
"Error rendering Web Panel. Authentication request has expired. Try reloading the page."
Also, it won’t let us uninstall the App to try and solve the error, as the Uninstall button is greyed out. We already cancelled our XRAY subscription but it still does not work.
XRAY support also could not help us and told us to contact Atlassian support, which we don't have access to as we are on the free plan...
Go to the Billing in your Atlassian admin and choose the manage option on any product.
Lookup Xray and remove and via the dots menu remove xray.
