Hi,
as an admin of my organisation, I have been trying to install an app requested by one of my devs, "XRay Test Management for Jira" Tool
However, every time I try to install it and srart the free trial, I get he "We ran into a little trouble Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your request. Please retry again in some time".
Been happening for 3 days now. Any hints please?

Usually when that happens, it's related to Atlassian, have you tried opening a ticket with them?

Only after Xray is installed, and should you encounter any issue after that (hopefully not 😀) you can reach out to our support here.

Unfortunately, since we are a startup and just starting, we are still on the free plan, and Atlassian do not offer one-to-one support on this.

Unfortunately the instalation phase and app availability is with Atlassian and they should be able to help.
Would you mind reference me the ticket ID used to expose this issue with Atlassian? Maybe I can try to reach out to them for assistance.

On the XRay Test Management support page, when you clicked the Submit support request button, didn't the company that makes XRay provide you with support for their product?
