I am a branch IT helpdesk person who has a user with an issue with Timesheets for Jira.
User is attempting to put "Time Spent" into timesheet. Puts in time & work type, then clicks save. A dotted wheel shows up that indicates it is processing but dose not complete the action and stays on the processing icon with text "Status : 1 of 5".
No other users have this.
I have not tried anything yet but I was wondering if anyone has some ideas for first steps to trouble shoot.
Is there any user side things I could try before escalating to our corporate helpdesk?
I am new to Jira and am not an administrator of the software.
If you're using Timesheets for Jira and experience an issue, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to Appfire's support team. They should be able to look into it and help quickly! I hope this helps!

User is using Chrome, Tried a log out login, cleared out browser cash and like.
Also user is only having the issue when using the bulk fill option. Individual is apparently working.
