Today out of nowhere, tempo stopped working for me. I wanted to log the hours of the task I was currently working on, but where the tempo field should've been was blank (but the little "Tempo" header was still there). When I tried to check my timesheets, it only loaded the error message "Oops, looks like you found a dead link".
This is especially confusing to me because yesterday it worked just fine.
I'm not the admin so I can't investigate if it's a settings issue.
Any help?

I would suggest submitting a ticket to the Tempo help desk. They are very responsive and should be able to help you with your issue.

It is better to reach Jira admin so admin can investigate the issue in detail. There might be a Jira-wide problem.
If no solution can be found, you can reach out to the app vendor and report the issue via this page.
