Structure % Complete is reporting finished stories as complete

All,

I have a defined a JIRA structure where I am using the % Complete. I have configured % Complete to show progress by % complete AND have set issue progress based upon story points with status set as follows:  [100% Complete] [100 % Rejected] [0% Finished]... (all other statuses are set to 0% as well.

I am seeing stories whose status is "Finished" marked as completed (100%) and the story points assigned to the story marked as completed (story points).

I am expecting to see that stories that have status of 'Finished' not be marked as complete and the associated story points not marked as completed story points as I have set % Finished as '0%' What am I missing?

All, Ok I figured it out.  I had Apply Resolution checked and in doing so it overrides what I selected (i.e., 0% Finished state.
