Snyk security containers import fails

I am working on Jira and snyk integration, where it works well for most of the snyk security containers. However, during add/import snyk containers couple of are failing and it does not show any information which containers are failing and the failure reason.

How to get the logs around it?

I am facing exactly the same issue, also after uninstalling and adding the "Snyk Security for Jira Cloud (EU)" App in Jira.

Is this a general problem? How can this be resolved?
