Scriptrunner Scripted Validator where user in custom field must be in specific roles

Need to validate that when routing a request to the user in the Routing Manager custom field for approval, the user in the Routing Manager field is in one of following roles:

Associate Manager,
Manager,
Senior Manager,
Director,
Senior Director,
VP

You could use this method to retrieve the project role that belong to the user in a particular project.
