ScriptRunner: Read Only Field for Specific Group

Using: Jira Server 7.3.4

I want the Description field to be Read Only for Group "CTE" when the status is "Pending". I was able to make the field Read Only when I clicked on the transition button, but once I refresh the page, the field is now Editable.

Here are my settings. What do I need to change?

The problem is you're specifying an action, so it's only readonly when the issue is undergoing that action.

If you remove the Pending action, I think it will be readonly when it's in that state, and when it's on its way into that state.
