I'm transitioning issues direct from open to resolved using the built in scriptrunner fast track script. It doesn't appear to be triggering the notification emails that I want - Resolved Customer Notification along with Satisfaction Survey.
Is there a way to force those notification, perhaps with another scriptrunner call?
I found that the resolution code must be set as part of the transition. Without it, the notifications do not trigger.
So the solution was to use scriptrunner to set the resolution code field with a hardcoded value.
