Request types are not appear in jira service management (in refind for jira plugin)

i am jira adminstrator and today i create a SD project but there are not any request type in portal side.(use Refind for jira ). although there are in software side.

in past i do not have this problem and every thing was ok.

Dear @Rasa ,

Go to your Service project settings --> Request types (https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<PROJECTKEY>/settings/request-types/category/service-requests)

1. Go to bottom of the page and see if the request types are hidden. If yes, "Edit" under portal group and add the request type to the appropriate group. It will no be displayed in customer portal.
   
   
2. Click on "Create Request Type" and create the required ones.
