Each time i´m trying to use the existing template for User Story (choosing Template from the list ) I receive following message: You must allow "Issue Templates Agent UI modifications" to access your Atlassian products to create this issue.
So, I allow access. But I still don´t have the Template loaded.
What could be the reason and how to fix it, please?

Have the global permissions on usage of the app been set correctly?

Has the license not expired of the app or is there an update availabe for the app?
I discovered the app had been updated, pressed update in the "Manage app" section and this error went away.
