Jira Structure gantt resource usage to show logged efforts for past days

Hi team, Is there a way, we can view the actual hours spent on each task (logged effort) day wise, Gantt+Resource usage tab

Currently when we schedule a task for specific duration with estimated effort, we could see, the split of estimated resource usage for that period like 8h per day, based upon total estimated hours.

But is there a way, we can show similar information, but with actual effort logged; to see how much individuals have spent on every day.

I'm not sure if the other post of yours contains a different question; both look similar to me. I will address both here in case somebody else gets the same question.

If your goal is to be able to track how much work is logged in tasks daily vs. how much work should be logged according to the scheduling, it is possible to achieve but it's not straightforward. The approach would be to have the Gantt chart unchanged and show the planned work and to use the Formula column in the structure for comparing the planned work today to the logged work.

But the specifics depend on your setup. Since the resource panel's data is not accessible via the Formula - i.e. it's not possible to show the 8h of work displayed there for a certain day - it would require to calculate that using the existing data such as the Start & Finish date of a task and its work estimate. The formula for doing it should be defined according to your configuration.
